Felipe Fumarola

Felipe Barroso is a visual artist from Guadalajara whose works merge graphic arts with film. His work has been featured in notable solo and group exhibitions, including a show at the Metro Guerrero in Mexico City in 2023 and another at Galería Sepia in Guadalajara in 2024. In addition to his background in animation, he has worked as a set designer and conceptual artist on major projects, including the film Roma and the series One Hundred Years of Solitude. In 2014, he founded his own studio, La Fumarola, a space dedicated to lithography and experimenting with other forms of printmaking.
